Nowadays mostly a publisher of (very good) downloadable and purchasable games, a bit of surreptitious digging (OK, not so serruptitious, it's the big red button at the bottom...) turns up a vast list of brilliant web-based options as well. RocketMania is a particular favourite of mine.
A great collection of games, including the magnificently fun and addictive Thing Thing series among many others.
Probably the biggest web gaming site out there. Too many recommendations to go into here, so just browse around the place.
Not a gaming site per se, but a huge list of recommendations from other people. Well worth checking out, and regularly updated. Their toplists for each category amount to a hall of fame for web games, to an extent.
