This image was created as fan-art for Lady Yates of Earthsong.  The Planet Manifest concept is hers.  It depicts Thor, or more accurately, the planet whose manifest is the source for thunder god myths.  Read the comic if you're confused...

The background's a little scrappy in places, but that wasn't the important part of this image, and i was still pleased with the lightning effects.  The anatomy on this pleased me, as did the lightning effects on the body, and the cape.  Overall, this is one of my favourite recent pieces.
